We are often asked what programs or ministries should be included in a church mission program? The answer is simple. There should be three elements included in every missions program, if possible: 1) Outreach (evangelism, church planting, etc), 2) Foundation building (Establishing leaders – schools of ministry/ Bible colleges), and 3) Transform Society (Fight against social or moral sins, help stop exploitation, restore rights, care for widows, etc).
Here at Destiny, we attempt to incorporate all three elements in this ministry. The ministries of Destiny, are as follows:
Salvaged Child (Salvagedchild.com) is a vital ministry to help save children from human trafficking area. We need your help to raise the awareness of child exploitation in people’s consciousness, and to raise funds to increase the number of children that can be saved (salvaged) in the rescue homes we sponsor, and leader training centers we establish.
According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, UNICEF, and Friends of Thai Daughters, the trafficking of children is increasing, as a worldwide crisis.
According to the Friends of Thai Daughters website: “The past decade has seen tremendous growth in human trafficking worldwide, a blatant abuse of human rights with devastating consequences for the millions of children, families, and communities affected by this horrific crime. UNICEF estimates that over one million children are trafficked each year, the majority into sex slavery and prostitution.
The Golden Triangle, where Thailand, Myanmar (Burma) and Laos converge, is home to a vast and growing network of human traffickers, seeking out troubled and impoverished families with few options.
These traffickers promise jobs as waitresses or maids in distant cities. Instead, girls as young as eight years old are confined to brothels where they may be forced to service up to 20 men per day, at risk of contracting HIV/AIDS or other diseases. Older girls are often sold overseas, where they are stripped of their documentation and left powerless to escape.”

Though not a headline grabbing ministry, one of the most effective ways to expand the church (worldwide), is to develop well-trained leaders who are passionate about spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost.
We are fulfilling this mandate, by establishing Bible Colleges, and Ministry Training Schools in the United States and internationally. We can save all the people we desire, and it sounds good on a resume, but if there is no leadership in place to grow and mature, pastor and care for the people AFTERWARD, our efforts were in vain.
It’s a proven fact – the only moves of God that maintain their momentum, and continue from one generation to the next, are those with well-trained leaders.
We are passionate about training leaders – and that’s the reason.
Example of international success:
In the Golden Triangle region of Asia, we have established a center for training Christian leaders. And here’s the cool part: Almost 100% of the student body is made up of children from the orphanages. (Those who are old enough to leave safely. And let me tell you – These children really love the Lord. They are Spirit-filled – They know the Word – And they are all involved in ministry – either as church pastors, outreach ministers, or children’s home workers.
Through the Destiny Ministry Training School, we train /mentor adults in the USA and internationally, through hands-on teaching, ministry projects, along with spiritual training. While our schedule has certainly been hectic at times, we are delighted to have this opportunity to pour into young lives.
Interestingly, when churches establish a local campus of Destiny Ministry Training School, (USA or internationally), they see their leadership base become much more aware of the needs within the church, and typically, they experience a major, life-changing shift in priorities among leaders, where the work of God becomes their passion, and they do it with excellence. This results in a huge benefit for the local church, and increased evangelism of the lost.
Bottom line: As we train / expand a leader base, the church is multiplied accordingly. Training leaders and helping to expand the leader base in the church has been proven to be the most effective way of multiplying the church.

USA & International Bible Colleges - We plant international and local Bible Colleges in the USA. Through Destiny Ministries, in partnership with Vision University, we plant Bible Colleges worldwide.
Why Bible Colleges? Bible Colleges satisfy two needs within the kingdom of God: They give us the necessary vehicle to train ministers – who in turn, will plant churches, oversee children’s homes, evangelize the unreached, work as missionaries, and fill numerous vital roles of ministry within the church. b. Secondly, because of the vital work that is done through Bible Colleges, the church as a collective body is strengthened, when believers become stronger in the Lord.
And that is a win – win situation for the church. For as each member becomes stronger in the Lord, and more mature spiritually, the more victorious and mighty the church becomes. As someone once said, “The church is only as strong as it’s weakest link.” Therefore, as we strengthen each member, the whole church responds accordingly.

Church Planting
- When students from our international Schools of Ministry graduate, they immediately are taken to remote villages, in Asia, and after a few weeks of revival meetings (in a village that never knew Christ before) raise up a church. It is amazing how quickly they spread the Gospel.
- These students will pastor those churches for the rest of their lives.
- 60 churches have successfully been planted in the past five years.

Ministry in churches – Worldwide/ USA.
The Lord loves His church, and so do we. It is vitally important to build up, and strengthen churches in every nation. We love ministering in local churches throughout the USA, and internationally. It is thrilling to have a small part in making the church stronger, healthier, and more productive. Never underestimate God’s love for the church, and always, always, always pray for churches everywhere; that God will help them reach those around them with the Good News, and help families grow in grace, as they share relationships with one another.
Donate Bibles: For years, we have provided thousands of Bibles around the world.
Most people overlook this ministry, but it is actually a very effective way to reach people for Christ. In Cambodia alone, every Bible given will result in a minimum of one person being saved.

Evangelism Teams: We lead teams to do evangelism in unreached regions of the world. Our teams have led over 4000 people to Christ in the past five years. Thank God for the opportunities to witness effectively for Him. Remember – one soul is worth more than the world!

Sponsor International Refugee School (Greece) – that seeks to spiritually nurture and care for academic needs of hundreds of students from war-torn regions (Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, etc) in the Middle East. Refugee children are not allowed to attend public schools. And without an education, they would have no future or hope. This is an amazing opportunity to win hundreds of children to the Lord every year.
